Job Description
We are seeking an experienced, organized, and proactive Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of residential rental properties in London, Ontario. The ideal candidate will have previous property management experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to coordinate maintenance, manage tenant concerns, and ensure properties are maintained to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations of residential rental properties.
- Respond to tenant inquiries, complaints, and maintenance requests promptly.
- Coordinate contractors, repairs, inspections, and property maintenance.
- Conduct regular property inspections and identify maintenance issues.
- Manage tenant move-ins, move-outs, and unit turnovers.
- Monitor outstanding rent payments and follow up on overdue accounts.
- Obtain contractor quotes and ensure maintenance work is completed on time and within budget.
- Maintain accurate property records, tenant information, and maintenance reports.




- Ensure compliance with Ontario's Residential Tenancies Act and applicable regulations.
- Provide regular updates to management regarding property conditions and outstanding issues. Qualifications
- Previous property management experience is required.
- Knowledge of Ontario landlord-tenant regulations.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple properties and prioritize urgent matters.
- Experience coordinating contractors and maintenance services.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, email, and property management software.
- Valid driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle preferred.
