These venues offer a vibrant atmosphere where team members solve real-time challenges and help create positive experiences for every visitor. ## What You'll Be Doing You will play a key role in ensuring events run smoothly, safely, and efficiently. Key duties include:
- Monitoring and managing crowd movement to ensure a safe environment for all attendees.
- Directing guests to designated seating and event areas.
- Checking tickets and credentials at entry points to manage venue access.
- Answering guest inquiries, offering explicit direction, and resolving issues promptly.
- Conducting regular patrols across the facility and responding effectively to incidents or emergencies as needed. ## Must Haves
- Legally eligible to work in Canada.
- Strong communication skills.
- A customer-service mindset with a welcoming approach. ## Nice-to-Haves
