Job Summary We are seeking a reliable Forklift Operator/Shipper for a direct hire prospect in Mississauga, ON.

This role is ideal for an experienced warehouse professional with strong counterbalance and reach truck skills who enjoys steady, hands-on work in a small, team-oriented warehouse environment.

The successful Forklift Operator/Shipper will be dependable, safety-conscious, physically capable, and comfortable handling heavy flooring products using proper material-handling equipment.

Key Responsibilities - Operate counterbalance and reach forklifts to move, store, stage, and put away products safely and efficiently. - Break down skids, handle flooring rolls, and organize storage areas to support accurate and efficient warehouse flow. - Use carts and appropriate material-handling equipment to move heavy rolls weighing approximately 450 lbs.



- Assist with daily inventory activities to help ensure products are available and properly accounted for. - Support shipping, receiving, general warehouse, and material-handling tasks as needed. - Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while following all health and safety procedures.

Compensation and Perks - Pay rate: $20 to $22 per hour, depending on experience. - Job type: Direct hire. - Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. - Hours: 40 hours per week. - Location: Mississauga, ON. - Medical and dental benefits after 90 days. - 10 vacation days. - 6 sick days. - Profit-sharing program.
