You will lead strategic initiatives, assess opportunities, and translate complex analysis into evidence-based recommendations. The role also supports planning, reporting, and competitive positioning across wealth management.
Key Responsibilities: Lead strategic assessments supporting Tangerine Wealth’s business strategy
Manage cross-functional initiatives and actionable leadership recommendations
Develop business cases, financial models, and scenario planning
Monitor wealth management, banking, fintech,



and digital investing trends
Produce executive-ready reports, presentations, and strategic briefs
Requirements: Undergraduate degree in a related discipline
Six-plus years post-undergraduate or four-plus post-MBA experience
Management consulting or corporate strategy experience
Advanced quantitative, qualitative, and financial modeling capabilities
Advanced PowerPoint and Excel proficiency
