This full time, permanent Talent Development Specialist role supports South Country Co-op’s Talent & Culture team. You will develop learning strategies, strengthen leadership capacity, and support Team Member growth. Your work spans onboarding, performance management, succession planning, competency development, and engagement.
Key Responsibilities: Design and deliver blended learning programs aligned with organizational goals
Assess training needs and address identified skill gaps
Improve onboarding through feedback and survey insights
Manage succession planning data, readiness, gaps,



and risks
Support Individual Development Plans, coaching, and career conversations
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Education, Commerce, or Human Resources
Four to six years of relevant experience
Experience with facilitation, adult learning, and digital learning
Knowledge of Talent Management and Learning Management Systems
Valid Class 5 driver’s license and clean abstract
