Drive quality compliance for Kuehne+Nagel Contract Logistics through IMS oversight, audits, CAPA management, and Dangerous Goods governance.
This Local QSHE Manager position supports assigned business units from the Montreal-Nord, Quebec site. You will maintain the Quality Management System and coordinate Quality, Security, Health and Safety, Environmental, and Dangerous Goods requirements. The position emphasizes regulatory compliance, audit readiness, and measurable improvement across logistics operations.
Key Responsibilities: Monitor IMS effectiveness through KPIs, audits, TIPs, and CAPAs
Control KNDocs, SOPs, work instructions, forms, and retained records
Investigate complaints, quality events, root causes, and corrective actions
Support internal, customer, regulatory, and KNChain certification audits




Maintain Dangerous Goods governance, reporting, training, and approvals
Requirements: Three-plus years of progressive QSHE experience, preferably in logistics
Three-plus years of logistics distribution facility experience
Working knowledge of ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001
Understanding of DG classification, storage, handling, and risk management
French and English proficiency for English-speaking clients
Strengthen Contract Logistics compliance through quality systems, CAPA leadership, audit preparation, and Dangerous Goods expertise.
