Actalent seeks a Senior Systems Engineer supporting high-fidelity simulated training environments for Canadian military vehicle crews. You will coordinate customers, internal teams, and subcontractors while shaping facilities, software, manufactured simulators, and integration laboratories. The work demands full-lifecycle systems engineering across regulated defence systems.
Key Responsibilities: Own requirements across customers, teams, and subcontractors
Lead architecture, interfaces, integration, verification, validation, and testing
Produce specifications, ICDs, SOWs, and test plans
Manage supplier engineering, compliance, risks, opportunities,



and performance
Mentor engineers and support formal engineering reviews
Requirements: 10+ years of full-lifecycle systems engineering experience
DOORS or equivalent requirements management with traceability
Customer-facing supplier and subcontractor technical leadership
Defence, simulation, military vehicle, or regulated-system experience
Controlled Goods eligibility and Government of Canada clearance eligibility
