The Plant Manager leads daily manufacturing operations and production teams. This leader oversees safety, quality, productivity, cost management, equipment performance, and scheduling. The position also supports continuous improvement while learning Formations’ products and processes.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee production workflow, equipment performance, and scheduling
Lead, coach, train, and develop employees and supervisors
Ensure products meet customer specifications and quality standards
Maintain procedures and identify efficiency improvements reducing waste
Manage budgets, costs, performance indicators,



and forecasting
Requirements: At least five years’ progressive manufacturing, production, or operations leadership
Manufacturing team leadership experience
Understanding of production workflows, equipment, and quality standards
Experience with employee development, procedures, and continuous improvement
Microsoft Office proficiency and ability to learn current systems
Lead Formations’ manufacturing operations through practical improvement, accountable teams, quality performance, and disciplined cost management.
