As a senior Systems Engineering team member, you will lead complex optical and optoelectronic projects. Your work spans color science, calibration, metrology, root cause analysis, and product architecture. You will support next-generation IMAX technologies from concept through validation and commercialization support.
Key Responsibilities: Lead proof-of-concept testing and optoelectronic technology validation
Develop IMAX color calibration systems and software tools
Design metrology, alignment, and calibration methodologies
Investigate field failures and system performance issues




Present technical findings to engineering leadership and stakeholders
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in optoelectronics, optics, physics, or related discipline
Five to seven years in product development, systems engineering, or research
Solid mathematical and analytical skills
Master's degree or Ph.D. considered an asset
Experience modeling and predicting system performance
Apply optical systems, color science, and analytical skills to advance IMAX optoelectronic products and visual technologies.
