You will improve workflows, standardize practices, and use data to guide decisions. The position partners across Technology, Product, Client Success, and business units to support scalable performance.

Requirements: 15+ years in operational leadership within service environments
Strong operational performance and process improvement knowledge
Experience improving efficiency through technology-enabled solutions
High-growth, private equity-backed, or multi-entity experience
Fluency in English and French highly desired
