As an on-shift team lead, you will oversee operational employees and provide technical coaching. The work includes managing crew tasks, supporting operating discipline, and coordinating with Maintenance, Lab, and Quality. You will help address plant upsets, document process issues, and seek additional technical expertise when appropriate.
Key Responsibilities: Provide technical coaching, mentoring, and training support

Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent required
Minimum 10 years industrial or manufacturing experience
