As a Machine Learning Engineer, you will lead applied AI delivery for NSS, an occupational health and safety consultancy and technology company. You will design production systems using LLM APIs, RAG, vector search, and document processing. The work connects regulatory and business requirements with practical solutions for compliance assessments, risk identification, and gap analysis.
Key Responsibilities: Lead AI and machine learning solutions from prototype through production
Develop LLM applications with Python, APIs, LangChain, and LangGraph
Define scalable architecture, platforms, tools, and system integrations
Build REST APIs, SQL systems, vector databases,



and cloud infrastructure
Implement MLOps, CI/CD, testing, monitoring, and maintenance practices
Requirements: Degree or master's in computing science, machine learning, engineering, or related discipline
Five or more years of relevant machine learning or software engineering experience
Experience moving ML or AI solutions from prototype into production
Solid Python programming skills with relevant ML frameworks and tools
Legal eligibility to work in Canada
Apply machine learning, Python, LLM APIs, and scalable infrastructure to modernize occupational health and safety technology at NSS.
