As Stantec’s North America Sector Leader for Management and Technology Consulting, you guide advisory, digital, program management, technology, asset management, organizational transformation, and business consulting services. The senior manager leads sector strategy, develops talent, supports pursuits, and strengthens client relationships across North America.
Key Responsibilities: Lead a management consulting and technology community of practice
Develop annual sector plans, priorities, and growth strategies
Connect experts to strategic pursuits and client opportunities
Recruit, mentor, coach, and retain consulting professionals




Deliver thought leadership through conferences, webinars, and publications
Requirements: Minimum 20 years of relevant leadership experience
Industry leadership in consulting, technology, digital transformation, or advisory services
Strategic understanding of water-sector technologies, regulations, and trends
Bachelor’s degree in a related field; advanced degree preferred
North America location and ability to travel globally
