This full time position works closely with an Inside Channel Sales Representative in a defined territory. You will support pre-sales, sales calls, and post-sales technical matters. The work requires networking knowledge, security technologies, technical support coordination, and strong presentations.
Key Responsibilities: Qualify sales leads from a technical standpoint
Serve as the main technical resource on sales calls
Explain features, specifications, functionality, and integration
Resolve customer technical issues with technical support




Provide post-sales training to identified customers
Requirements: Three years of technical or pre-sales support experience
Three years administering LAN, WAN, or Internet services
Understanding of DNS, NFS, SMTP, HTTP, and TCP/IP
Knowledge of routing, switching, VPN, and network security
Excellent presentation skills and relevant degree or equivalent
Bring technical sales support, networking knowledge, and security expertise to Fortinet’s channel-focused presales organization.
