Coordinate Shafts & Headframes packages through engineering, procurement, construction, safety, permitting, and workplace interfaces. Work within NexGen’s Integrated Project Team.
This Package Coordinator supports the complete project package lifecycle from scope development through handover to the Construction Team. You will develop strategies, coordinate stakeholders, manage deliverables, and report to the Package Area Lead for Shafts & Headframes. The work includes proposal evaluation, award recommendations, contract negotiation, and post-award management.
Key Responsibilities: Support development of Shafts & Headframes package strategies
Coordinate packages across key project stakeholders
Integrate engineering provider schedules into project schedules




Identify risks, opportunities, and schedule mitigations
Complete package deliverables and procurement process steps
Requirements: Accountability for assigned project packages
Ability to support additional packages as required
Ability to adjust strategy and schedule when required
Ability to work effectively within NexGen’s Integrated Project Team
Apply package coordination, stakeholder integration, and schedule management across NexGen’s Shafts & Headframes project lifecycle.
