Lead leadership development programs at Proximity Institute in Toronto, using facilitation and stakeholder engagement to support Ontario hospital leaders. This adaptable work environment includes office attendance as required.
The Manager, Leadership Programs is an individual contributor on Proximity’s small, high-performing team. You will design, deliver, and improve initiatives while translating sector insights into practical learning experiences, resources, tools, and thought leadership. The work supports Proximity’s strategic priorities and Ontario hospital leadership.
Key Responsibilities: Lead roundtables, workshops, and leadership development initiatives
Facilitate discovery through interviews, focus groups, and literature reviews
Build trusted relationships with hospital and healthcare stakeholders




Develop publications, reports, cases, and leadership resources
Evaluate offerings using feedback, assessments, and data analysis
Requirements: Seven-plus years of progressive relevant experience
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience
Leadership program design and delivery experience
Senior stakeholder engagement across complex organizations
Facilitation and evidence-informed analysis experience
Bring program leadership, facilitation, and stakeholder expertise to strengthen leadership development across Ontario hospitals through Proximity.
