As a Workday Integration Developer, you will build, test, deploy, and optimize enterprise integrations across Asana’s global HR technology ecosystem. You will manage technical projects end-to-end, protect sensitive HR data, and partner with People, Finance, and IT stakeholders. The work supports reliable data flow, automation, and scalable People Systems architecture.
Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, test, and deploy Workday integrations
Manage requirements, estimates, timelines, and launch tasks
Monitor and troubleshoot complex integration issues
Document process flows, specifications, and support procedures




Identify architecture gaps and roadmap opportunities
Requirements: Experience building complex Workday enterprise integrations
Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and Cloud Connect experience
Knowledge of XML, XSLT, APIs, and file-based integrations
End-to-end integration project management experience
