Advance dermatology clinical research with AbbVie as a Pipeline Medical Science Liaison based in Ontario or Quebec, covering Canada. Build scientific relationships and support phases one to three interventional trials.
This Medical Science Liaison reports to the Medical Advisor, Dermatology Pipeline, within AbbVie’s Medical Affairs team. You will nurture external expert relationships, provide scientific information, and support pipeline studies. The work requires clinical research knowledge, dermatology expertise, and solid presentation skills.
Key Responsibilities: Facilitate phases one to three interventional clinical trials
Partner with Site Management and Monitoring staff
Complete site engagements according to study plans
Present dermatology science and AbbVie pipeline information
Identify research collaborations with institutions and opinion leaders
Requirements: PhD, PharmD, or MD required
Biotech or pharmaceutical industry business experience
Previous Medical Science Liaison experience preferred
Knowledge of clinical research methods and regulations
Valid driver’s license, passport, and technology proficiency
Bring clinical research, dermatology, communication, and collaboration expertise to AbbVie’s Canadian pipeline Medical Science Liaison team.
