As Production Manager, you oversee the finishing department’s value chain, including sandblasting, plating, painting, and finishing grinding. You coordinate with Planning, quality, HSE, maintenance, and HR resources to meet delivery, efficiency, quality, and safety objectives. This role supervises methods agents and manufacturing employees.

Requirements: Relevant university degree or equivalent experience
Approximately 10 years of relevant similar experience
