Vena Solutions seeks a Senior Legal Counsel for its legal department and continued growth as a high-growth SaaS provider. Reporting to the Assistant General Counsel, this lawyer will deliver practical, solutions-oriented advice. The scope includes corporate transactions, privacy, regulatory, employment, governance, compliance, and business contracting.
Key Responsibilities: Support expansion through practical, solutions-oriented legal guidance
Advise Sales, Product, and Finance teams strategically
Handle corporate, commercial, privacy, regulatory, and employment matters




Oversee corporate governance and internal compliance workflows
Use contract automation and emerging legal technology tools
Requirements: Qualified lawyer licensed in Ontario or transferable Canadian jurisdiction
Juris Doctor or equivalent law degree
Seven to ten years of post-call legal experience
Strong foundation in technology and commercial law
Experience negotiating technology and SaaS agreements
Apply technology-law judgment, commercial advice, and SaaS contracting experience within Vena Solutions’ flexible Canadian legal team.
