What you’ll do: Working with our Agro Manager y ou will be responsible for delivering legendary service to make all guests of our Co-op feel “at home here” through: Work with our agronomist and sales team while learning about crop planning, troubleshooting, fertility, and crop protection recommendations.

Build confidence working directly with customers, producers, and internal team members.

Assist with general inquiries, transactions, and daily operational support.

Support field trials and gain real-world exposure to crop production and agronomy work.

Take part in training and development opportunities, with potential to grow into future opportunities with the Riverbend Ag team.

Other duties as required.

Who you are: You’re curious about agriculture, enjoy learning by doing, and are interested in building experience in a hands-on role.





You also bring: Current enrolment in post-secondary education in Agronomy, Ag Business, Plant Science, Soil Science, or a related program.

Previous agriculture experience is an asset, but a willingness to learn and get involved is just as significant.

You’re honest and trustworthy, are results-oriented and strive to be the best in what you do.

You believe in building relationships and collaborating to deliver solutions that matter most, and you recognize the value that different perspectives bring to meet shared objectives.
