Guide US and Canada leaders through workforce planning and employee relations in Behavox’s hybrid Senior HR Business Partner role.
This individual contributor advises leaders on performance management, organizational effectiveness, and people strategy. Reporting to the Principal HR Business Partner, you will deliver initiatives aligned with global frameworks and employment requirements. The remit covers US and Canada directly, with possible wider support as Behavox grows.
Key Responsibilities: Advise leaders on moderate-to-complex workforce and talent challenges
Manage employee relations cases across US and Canada
Deliver locally adapted enterprise HR programs
Interpret workforce metrics and recommend actions
Support compensation analysis and pay recommendations
Requirements: Business acumen and HR expertise
Working knowledge of US and Canadian employment frameworks
Workforce planning and organizational design knowledge
Performance management and talent process knowledge
Experience using HRIS reporting and people metrics
Apply HR advisory, employee relations, workforce planning, and analytics expertise across Behavox’s US and Canada client group.
