This UX Designer role focuses on translating requirements and feedback into intuitive, scalable experiences. You will simplify complex workflows, validate designs, and help maintain consistent patterns across customer-facing products. The position partners with Product Managers, Engineering, QA, and business stakeholders through Agile ceremonies and development.

Simplify complex workflows while maintaining scalability
Contribute to CarltonOne’s design system and UX standards
Participate in planning, refinement, reviews, and retrospectives
Requirements: Three or more years of relevant design experience
Strong portfolio showing successful user-centered product outcomes
Wireframing, user-flow, prototype, and specification experience
Robust communication, analytical, problem-solving, and collaboration abilities
Familiarity with Agile environments and component libraries
Use Figma prototyping, design systems, and cross-functional collaboration to improve CarltonOne’s customer-facing product experiences.
