Ganotec is seeking a Quality Manager in Ontario to lead the Quality team on civil, mechanical, and electrical construction projects across Canada. You will develop and implement the project quality system, plans, inspections and tests, and ensure compliance with contract documents.
You will manage QA/QC personnel, mentor inspectors, and collaborate with construction supervisors, designers and clients to drive defect-free delivery while maintaining safety and ethics standards.
