As Senior Director, Customer Intelligence, Data & AI, you will define enterprise strategy across customer analytics, business intelligence, data science, and measurement. You will translate customer behavior and value insights into growth strategies while guiding loyalty, CRM, digital, and MarTech capabilities.
Key Responsibilities: Define multi-year Customer Intelligence strategy aligned with corporate growth objectives
Establish customer measurement frameworks and enterprise key performance indicators
Lead segmentation, lifetime value, retention, and behavioral analytics
Develop predictive models, AI roadmaps,



and personalization capabilities
Build the Customer Intelligence Centre of Excellence
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in a related discipline
10+ years in data, analytics, or customer insights
7+ years leading analytics or customer intelligence teams
Experience influencing executive strategy through customer insights
Expert knowledge of data integration, governance, APIs, and architecture
Shape Pet Valu’s customer intelligence agenda through analytics, AI, data governance, and executive decision support.
