As a Data and Modeling Engineer, you will translate requirements into documented definitions, KPI calculations, and analytical solutions. You will design dimensional and Power BI models, develop reusable DAX measures, and create dashboards and reports. Collaboration with stakeholders, the Data Architect, and Data Engineer supports reliable enterprise data. The position also includes validation, governance, security, documentation, and platform operations.
Key Responsibilities: Translate business requirements into KPI definitions and reporting specifications
Design fact tables, dimensions, relationships, and historical tracking




Develop Power BI dashboards, reports, and reusable DAX measures
Validate results and coordinate user acceptance testing
Implement reconciliation checks, security, and source-to-report documentation
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline
Five years of relevant data or analytics experience
Strong SQL and dimensional modeling experience
Power BI, DAX, and Power Query expertise
Understanding of ETL, data warehouses, and data quality
Apply data modeling, SQL, Power BI, and governance expertise to strengthen Amphenol reporting in Markham’s hybrid setting.
