The Infrastructure team needs an experienced Senior Storage and Backup Administrator. This position supports NetApp ONTAP, StorageGrid, Commvault, and a legacy NetBackup footprint. Your work includes provisioning, replication, capacity planning, lifecycle management, security, backup operations, and recovery validation across physical, virtual, cloud, and NAS workloads.
Key Responsibilities: Provision storage aggregates, volumes, LUNs, and shares
Maintain SnapMirror, SnapVault, Snapshot, and replication technologies
Plan capacity and optimize storage performance and utilization
Perform backup, restore,



and recovery operations
Collaborate with server, cloud, database, and application teams
Requirements: Strong NetApp administration and support experience
Understanding of VMware, backup technologies, and infrastructure concepts
Interest in security and cybersecurity across infrastructure
Ability to work independently on enterprise programs
Participation in 24x7 on-call and escalation rotations
Use NetApp administration, capacity planning, replication, and recovery skills to support Rogers’ Calgary infrastructure operations.
