As an Intermediate Superintendent, you will support construction project delivery for Maple Reinders’ buildings division. You will direct field operations, coordinate daily activities, and manage field employees and subcontractors. The work also includes supporting project teams while developing leadership capabilities.
Key Responsibilities: Direct field operations according to schedules, budgets, and risk requirements
Manage field employees and subcontractors effectively

Requirements: Five-plus years of Superintendent or foreperson leadership experience
General Contractor experience on relevant construction projects
Understanding of construction methods, scheduling, and site coordination
Working knowledge of health and safety requirements
Proficiency with MS Office and Windows applications
