As General Manager, you will run a busy family entertainment centre combining bowling, dining, arcades, and laser tag. You will guide operations across four revenue streams while creating a safe, fun workplace. The role requires hands-on leadership, budget ownership, and performance focus.
Key Responsibilities: Lead the launch of a brand-new entertainment centre
Run operations across bar, diner, amusements, and bowling
Deliver budget and key performance indicators
Drive centre profit and commercial performance
Coach teams to deliver outstanding guest service
Requirements: Hands-on General Manager experience in leisure, hospitality, or retail
Experience managing budgets of at least $1.5m
Evidence of optimising business unit sales and performance
Passion for coaching, developing, and progressing teams
Availability for nights and weekends
