As a Senior Consultant, Full Stack Developer, you will contribute to CIBC’s Core Banking and Payments Technology team. The work combines card-issuing payment systems, vendor products, application programming, and multi-platform integration. You will help develop, test, and implement solutions while advising application owners and business partners on technology possibilities.
Key Responsibilities: Translate business requirements into application and system designs
Coordinate complex solution design activities and implementation
Work with vendors on requirements and solution validation




Collaborate with clients and business partners on applications
Advise application owners on technology possibilities and requirements
Requirements: Five-plus years of card-issuing payment systems experience
Understanding of VISA, Mastercard, and transaction lifecycles
Experience with vendor products and software development
Familiarity with Go; Java and C are assets
Knowledge of financial, payments, or high-throughput transaction systems
Bring card payments knowledge, vendor collaboration, and application design experience to CIBC’s Toronto-based technology work.
