This Preconstruction Manager oversees pursuit activities where estimating, design development, and constructability shape project outcomes. You review construction plans, design schedules, quantities, materials, and alternative methods to identify cost savings. Working with engineers and estimators, you develop budgets and secure final bid prices. You also manage pursuit deliverables, coordinate proposal teams, and help transfer construction plans to project management. The position calls for ten-plus years of construction industry experience related to pursuits, estimating, project management, or business development. Alternative delivery experience, cost estimating knowledge, risk interpretation, and demonstrated leadership are required. A bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field is preferred.
