Cash management and payment controls anchor EarthDaily’s Vancouver-based hybrid Treasury and P2P Manager position, with regular in-office collaboration required.
This experienced finance leader owns daily liquidity oversight, consolidated cash-flow forecasting, and end-to-end procure-to-pay operations across multiple entities. The position coordinates banking partners, payment approvals, vendor data, and funding actions while leading P2P team activities. It also contributes to budgeting, forecasting, audits, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities: Track cash positions and significant vendor payments across 90 days
Coordinate intercompany transfers, banking relationships, and KYC requirements
Prepare payment proposals and verify changed vendor banking details
Resolve AP aging, disputed items,



and returned payments
Provide budget inputs for commitments, capital expenditures, and payment timing
Requirements: Seven to ten years of progressive accounting experience
Experience with treasury, cash forecasting, and liquidity monitoring
Full-cycle P2P and accounts payable operations knowledge
Understanding of payment fraud risks and segregation of duties
Ability to lead, coach, delegate, and review team work
Use cash forecasting, payment coordination, banking, and P2P leadership skills to strengthen EarthDaily’s multi-entity finance operations.
