The successful candidate will take ownership of large-scale projects in live or controlled environments. Work may involve hospitals, secure facilities, mission critical spaces, and innovative building methodologies. The position suits a robust Project Manager who communicates clearly, plans relentlessly, and focuses when constraints tighten.
Key Responsibilities: Own delivery of large-scale institutional construction projects
Coordinate project planning in live environments
Lead consultants, trades, and internal teams
Manage complex stakeholder relationships and expectations




Control cost, quality, schedule, and project risk
Requirements: Delivered complex projects for a General Contractor
Understands realities behind construction drawings
Comfortable with controlled institutional environments
Understands safety, security, and project phasing requirements
Thinks ahead and communicates clearly under constraints
Use your project management judgement and coordination strength to deliver complex, high-security institutional construction work across the GTA.
