This supervisor position requires substantial experience planning and scheduling maintenance for multiple trade functions. You will execute preventative maintenance programs, coordinate planned crew work, and implement project lists. Robust communication, organization, and people leadership support targets for safety, quality, cost, delivery, and employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities: Plan daily and weekly preventative maintenance work and duties

Provide leadership, direction, and support to employees
Help develop and achieve safety, quality, cost,

Maintain performance standards and correct behaviour when required
Requirements: Substantial experience scheduling maintenance for multiple trade functions
Strong organizational skills and adaptability to changing conditions
Well-developed communication and interpersonal abilities
Electronic-based maintenance program knowledge considered an asset
Interprovincial Trade Qualification considered an asset
Bring maintenance planning, project coordination, and people leadership to Canfor’s technically complex Elko sawmill operations.
