Canada Goose seeks a Legal Counsel with 2 to 4 years of commercial law experience. You will support the General Counsel, advise internal clients, and handle contracts, international legal matters, litigation, and claims. The work spans multiple business areas.
Key Responsibilities: Draft, review, and negotiate client and vendor contracts
Support business critical commercial law matters
Manage international legal matters during expansion
Develop contract management and administration procedures
Coach internal clients and colleagues on legal matters
Requirements: Law degree from an accredited Canadian law school
Valuable standing with the Law Society of Upper Canada
Two to four years of commercial law experience
Major law firm and in house corporation experience
Strong contract drafting and negotiation experience
