As Senior Demand Planner, Service Parts, you independently manage strategic and operational planning for Olympus Canada. Your work spans demand forecasting, replenishment planning, inventory management, supplier coordination, and fulfillment support. You collaborate with Service, Procurement, Engineering, Logistics, Finance, and Global Supply Chain partners.
Key Responsibilities: Own service parts demand forecasts using historical and business inputs
Lead Service and Repair IBP planning activities
Maintain safety stock, replenishment parameters, and service-level targets
Coordinate suppliers and Procurement to ensure material availability




Analyze planning KPIs and implement corrective actions
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, engineering, analytics, or related field
5-7+ years in demand, inventory, service parts, procurement, or supply chain planning
Robust forecasting, inventory optimization, replenishment, safety stock, and S&OP; knowledge
Advanced SAP and Microsoft Excel skills required
Ability to manage planning responsibilities independently with minimal supervision
