You will build systems, processes, and documentation while managing people operations, IT administration, and employment compliance. Key Responsibilities: Own employee onboarding, offboarding, contracts, perks, and access management
Manage IT equipment, asset registers, device policies, and software access
Oversee employment compliance across Canada, the US, and contractor markets
Maintain policies, procedures,



and audit-ready process documentation
Build structured workflows, checklists, and tracking systems from scratch
Requirements: Four to seven years in business or people operations
Experience supporting venture-backed or scaling technology organisations
Strong knowledge of Quebec employment legislation and compliance requirements
Fluency in French and English
Highly organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable taking ownership
