- $44.27 per hour for 30-35 hours per week Terms of employment: Full time, Temporary Job duties
· Plan, direct, and evaluate daily wholesale operations to ensure accurate order fulfillment and timely dispatch of bulk food products to B2B retail restaurant/bakery/foodstore/grocery store clients.
· Manage wholesale staff and assign daily tasks for processing vendor shipments and assembling outgoing client orders.
· Analyze B2B purchasing trends and competitor pricing to forecast inventory demand and identify new wholesale market opportunities.
· Determine wholesale inventory allocations and manage credit policies, payment terms, and account limits for B2B accounts.
· Negotiate with existing food suppliers and vendors to procure bulk ingredients and packaging materials at optimal costs.




· Develop and implement B2B marketing strategies to attract current wholesale accounts and retain established corporate clients.
· Plan wholesale budgets, monitor B2B sales revenues, and authorize expenditures for vendor payments and warehouse supplies.
· Evaluate and improve the wholesale client experience by promptly resolving issues regarding order modifications, delivery delays, or product quality.
· Address staffing requirements by hiring, training, and retaining inventory and dispatch personnel.

Education:
