Responsibilities
- Assist individuals with addictions and mental health concerns with daily activities, promoting independence and well-being.
- Develop and implement personalized care plans tailored to each individual's needs.
- Support clients during community outings, appointments, and recreational activities.
- Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive support.




- Maintain accurate documentation of client progress and service delivery.
- Foster a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment for all clients.
- Provide emotional support and encouragement to clients to promote positive outcomes.
- Qualifications
- Proven experience working with individuals with addictions and mental health concerns.
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate attitude with a commitment to client well-being.
- Certification or training in social services or related fields is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
