Aspire Immigration Services helps individuals and families navigate Canadian immigration with clarity and care. We’re growing our team and need a recruiter who can find people who share that commitment to service. The Role As Talent Acquisition Specialist, you’ll own the hiring process from the first conversation to the signed offer. You’ll partner with our HR Manager and department leads to attract, assess, and hire immigration consultants, case processors, client service staff, and administrative team members. Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for multiple roles at once
- Write and post job ads on Indeed, LinkedIn, and other job boards
- Source candidates through job boards, networking, referrals, and community channels
- Screen resumes, conduct phone and video interviews, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
- Support background and reference checks, offers, and onboarding
- Maintain candidate records and track hiring metrics (time-to-fill, source of hire)
- Build a pipeline of talent for hard-to-fill roles, including licensed or regulated positions




- Promote Aspire as an employer through a strong, welcoming candidate experience Qualifications
- 2+ years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience (agency or in-house)
- Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
- Familiarity with BC employment standards and human rights requirements
- Experience with an applicant tracking system and sourcing tools
- Strong communication, organization, and follow-through
- Experience hiring in professional services, legal, or immigration is an asset
- Additional languages are an asset
