Join Our Door To Door Canvassing Team Looking to build confidence and gain experience in sales, marketing, and business? Coda Painting is hiring motivated, dependable people to help grow our residential painting business. You’ll speak with homeowners in assigned neighbourhoods, introduce our painting services, and identify upcoming painting projects. When someone is interested, you’ll collect their contact information and project details so our team can follow up. Our office handles booking estimates, pricing, and closing sales. Your Responsibilities
- Knock on doors in assigned neighbourhoods and introduce Coda Painting professionally.
- Ask homeowners about upcoming interior or exterior painting projects.
- Collect accurate contact information, basic project details, and permission for our team to follow up.
- Submit leads promptly through our mobile form.
- Track your

working hours
and location through Connecteam.
- Participate in training, role-play sessions, and regular performance check-ins.
- Respect homeowners’ privacy, no-soliciting signs, and requests to end conversations.

A qualified lead is a new homeowner or decision-maker within our service area who has a painting project, provides valid contact information, and agrees to follow-up. Interest is verified by our team; no purchase is required. Who We’re Looking For
- Friendly and confident starting conversations.
- Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working independently.
- Able to handle rejection politely and stay motivated.
- Willing to learn, follow a process, and accept feedback.
- Comfortable walking outdoors throughout a shift.
- Access to a smartphone and reliable transportation to assigned neighbourhoods. Previous canvassing, sales, or customer-service experience is an asset, but no experience is required.
