- No fixed hours, weekly hours depend on your effectiveness in generating SOP adherence amongst subordinates;
- May 1st
- June 30th: no fixed hours; expect to work between 40-60 hours per week
- July 1st
- Aug 31st: no fixed hours; expect to work between ~40 hours per week
