In this rewarding role, you will provide hands-on osteopathic manual therapy treatments designed to identify and address the root causes of pain, dysfunction, and movement restrictions. Using a holistic, patient-centered approach, you will assess the body's interconnected systems and develop individualized treatment plans that support recovery, improve function, and promote long-term health. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive client assessments and develop individualized osteopathic treatment plans. Provide safe, effective, and evidence-informed osteopathic manual therapy treatments. Assess structural and functional imbalances affecting musculoskeletal, neurological, circulatory, and fascial systems. Maintain accurate, detailed, and timely clinical documentation. Monitor client progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate. Educate clients on posture, movement, ergonomics, self-management strategies, and injury prevention. Collaborate closely with physiotherapists, chiropractors, massage therapists,



kinesiologists, and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes. Establish and maintain strong therapeutic relationships through exceptional patient care and communication. Ensure treatment areas are maintained in a clean, safe, and professional manner. Contribute to a positive, collaborative, and patient-focused clinic culture.

Registration and membership in good standing with a recognized professional osteopathic association in Ontario. Professional liability insurance.
