Job Summary Our Superhero Consultants perform lice removal services in clients’ homes and at Lice Squad.com clinics where available. They are trained in Lice Squad’s specialized reduction method and certified to conduct professional lice removal services. Consultants also provide products and education to clients, head checks in schools and camps, and service in various agencies. The consultant role is well suited to individuals who enjoy working with children and families and are caring and empathetic – we enjoy helping people and educating them and making a difference in their lives. We use all natural products and processes. - Listen to client concerns and ask relevant questions to understand their needs.
- Explain head lice information and care options in clear, accessible language.
- Provide expert identification and removal process
- Guide clients through appropriate next steps and respond patiently to follow-up questions.
- Maintain accurate,



confidential records of client interactions and share relevant updates with colleagues. Requirements
- Transportation & Tech: Reliable personal transportation plus a smartphone or tablet for scheduling and communication.
- Background Check: Eligibility to pass a police vulnerable sector screening (since the role involves working with children and families).
- Preferred

Experience:
Backgrounds in health care, personal support worker (PSW) fields, hair care, or general customer service.
- Training: In-house or specialized certification provided Skills Required: Clear communication, patience, attention to detail, accurate recordkeeping, and basic computer skills are essential for explaining information, supporting clients, and documenting interactions reliably. Preferred: Previous customer service experience is helpful, along with the ability to remain calm, listen attentively, and adapt explanations to different client needs. Pay: $19.00-$20.00 per hour Expected hours: 16.0 – 20.0 per week
