Operations Associate

Permanent, Full-Time Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Salary:
$21.00–$24.00 per hour Canaropa is looking for a reliable and versatile Operations Associate to join our Vancouver team. In this role, you will provide support across various operational and administrative functions to help ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of the branch. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys a variety of tasks, is hands-on, and is eager to learn. Your Responsibilities
- Provide backup support for warehouse activities, including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping orders.
- Operate narrow aisle reach trucks and counterbalance forklifts safely and in accordance with established procedures.
- Assist with keying, product configuration, and quality inspections as needed.
- Support inventory management, stock organization, and related tasks.
- Perform general administrative duties, including reception, mail distribution, and ordering office and operational supplies.
- Assist with coordinating facility maintenance, IT requests, and other branch requirements.
- Support workplace health and safety activities and procedures.
- Perform other operational and administrative duties as required to support the branch. What We're Looking For
- Valid forklift operator certification for both narrow aisle reach trucks and counterbalance forklifts.




- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt to changing needs.
- Reliable, proactive, and team-oriented attitude.
- Good communication and basic computer skills.
- Willingness to learn and support different areas of the business.
- Previous experience in warehouse operations or administration is an asset.
