Job Description
Riverland Inn & Suites in Kamloops is seeking an experienced, motivated, and hands-on Operations Manager to oversee daily hotel operations and ensure excellent guest service. The ideal candidate will have robust leadership skills, hotel management experience, and the ability to manage staff and daily operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily hotel operations, including Front Desk, Housekeeping, and Maintenance.
- Supervise, train, and support hotel employees.
- Prepare staff schedules and ensure proper shift coverage.
- Handle guest complaints professionally and ensure guest satisfaction.
- Monitor occupancy, room rates, and hotel performance.
- Ensure hotel cleanliness, safety, and maintenance standards are maintained.
- Review daily reports, cash handling, and operational procedures.
- Control operating expenses and improve hotel efficiency.




- Ensure hotel policies and procedures are followed.
- Work alongside staff when required to support daily operations. Qualifications
- Previous hotel management or supervisory experience preferred.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to multitask and work independently.
- Experience with hotel property management systems.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Flexible availability to work different shifts. Work Schedule
- Full time position, 5 shifts per week.
- Approximately 40 hours per week.
- Must be available for morning, afternoon, and evening shifts.
