E-Commerce Coordinator We are looking for an organized, detail-oriented, and proactive E-Commerce Coordinator to support our product, inventory, and day-to-day e-commerce operations. This role works closely with the E-Commerce Sales Manager and collaborates with the wider team to ensure products, listings, and inventory are managed accurately and efficiently. Responsabilités
- Manage product content: create and update product descriptions, specifications, attributes, images, videos, and other product information.
- Coordinate new product onboarding, from initial setup and content submission through retailer approval and launch.
- Maintain product listings across Amazon, Costco, Home Depot, Lowe’s, Wayfair, and other retail platforms.
- Monitor inventory levels and identify low-stock, out-of-stock, and inventory discrepancies.
- Monitor key E-Commerce operational metrics and prepare weekly reports.
- Provide backup coverage for the E-Commerce Support role during absences or busy periods, helping ensure order processing and inventory tasks don't fall behind
- Assist with various sales and administrative projects as required. Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in E-Commerce, product content, sales support, or a related field.
- Bilingual in English and French required. Valuable written communication is a must.
- Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.

- Gérer le contenu des produits : créer et mettre à jour les descriptions, spécifications, attributs, images et vidéos.
- Coordonner l’intégration des nouveaux produits, de la création de la fiche jusqu’à l’approbation et la mise en ligne.
- Maintenir les fiches produites sur Amazon, Costco, Home Depot, Lowe’s, Wayfair et autres plateformes.
- Effectuer le suivi des inventaires et identifier les produits à faible stock, en rupture ou présentant des écarts.
- Suivre les principales mesures opérationnelles E-Commerce et préparer les rapports hebdomadaires.
- Assurer un soutien au traitement des commandes et aux activités E-Commerce lors des périodes de forte activité ou des absences.
- Participer à différents projets E-Commerce et administratifs selon les besoins. Qualifications
- 2+ ans d’expérience en E-Commerce, gestion de contenu produit, commerce de détail ou domaine connexe.
- Bilinguisme français/anglais requis.
- Bonne maîtrise d’Excel et Microsoft Office.
- Excellent sens de l’organisation et souci du détail.
- Autonomie, rigueur et capacité à gérer plusieurs priorités.
- Expérience avec Amazon Vendor Central, Syndigo, Wayfair Partner Home ou plateformes similaires, un atout.
