As part of our multidisciplinary team, you will collaborate with other healthcare practitioners, including chiropractors, physiotherapists, osteopaths, naturopathic doctors, and other wellness professionals. This collaborative approach appropriate internal cross-referrals and coordinated patient care. Key Responsibilities

- Provide high-quality massage therapy treatments tailored to each patient's needs and goals.
- Conduct appropriate assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation and treatment records.
- Educate patients on self-care strategies, home care recommendations, and wellness practices within your scope of practice.
- Communicate and collaborate with other practitioners when appropriate and with patient consent.
- Maintain professional standards, ethical conduct, and compliance with applicable regulatory requirements.
- Contribute to a positive patient experience and support the continued growth of the clinic.
- Participate in opportunities for professional collaboration, community engagement, and practice development. *Qualifications and Requirements*
- Diploma in Massage Therapy from a recognized massage therapy program.




- Current registration in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO).
- Professional liability insurance in accordance with regulatory and practice requirements.
- Strong assessment, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- A patient-centred approach and commitment to evidence-informed practice.
- Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a multidisciplinary team.
- An interest in developing a long-term practice and building lasting patient relationships.
