We are seeking an experienced chef with strong culinary skills and expertise in fish preparation to join our team.
Salary:
Up to $100,000 per year, depending on skills and experience. Schedule: Tuesday through Sunday, 3 PM–11 PM.
Requirements:
* Minimum 10 years of professional culinary experience.
* Proficiency in breaking down and filleting a wide variety of fish, including large tuna.
* Strong attention to detail, consistency, and presentation.
* Ability to work efficiently in a rapid-paced kitchen and collaborate with the team. Interested candidates are invited to submit their résumé and a brief introduction highlighting their relevant experience. Pay: $17.60-$25.00 per hour Work
