Key Responsibilities

- Lead Earnix solution design, development, configuration, and deployment for insurance pricing and rating platforms.
- Design and implement Earnix Guidewire integrations, enabling pricing-as-a-service through APIs and microservices.
- Define Git-based branching strategies, CI/CD workflows, and development standards.
- Provide technical leadership on Earnix modeling, rating algorithms, and integration architecture.
- Collaborate with business, architecture, and distributed engineering teams to ensure quality delivery. Required Skills
- 7 10 years of insurance rating and Earnix experience, including 3+ years at Tech Lead/Architect level.
- Hands-on expertise in Earnix Modeler, Optimizer, configuration, version control, and deployment.




- Strong Guidewire integration experience, particularly PolicyCenter; BillingCenter and ClaimCenter knowledge is an advantage.
- Deep understanding of insurance pricing, rating structures, underwriting, and policy lifecycle.
- Experience with API integration, REST/SOAP, JSON/XML, microservices, and API security.
- Mandatory experience defining and managing Git-based branching strategies.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), CI/CD, and DevOps practices. Valuable to Have: Earnix/Guidewire certifications and experience with rating platform migrations, such as Ratabase to Earnix.
